Work that scopes to what your team needs right now

Some teams need a clear map of what’s happening today. Others already know something’s broken and need a plan. Others have the plan and need someone to see it through. Engagements are built around wherever you’re starting.

A

Workflow Documentation & Process Mapping

A clear, accurate record of how work moves (every handoff, approval, and dependency), built from direct observation, not assumptions. The foundation every later recommendation stands on.

B

Operational Diagnostics & Recommendations

Analysis of where turn times, cost, and quality are breaking down, translated into a specific, prioritized set of recommendations, not a generic best-practices deck.

C

Vendor & Cost Optimization Review

An audit of vendor utilization, billing, and contract terms to identify duplicative spend and negotiate better terms, often the fastest path to measurable savings.

D

Technology-Enabled Process Redesign

Translating regulatory and operational requirements into workflows that make good use of decision engines, automation, and self-service tools, reducing manual review without adding risk.

E

Implementation & Change Management

Hands-on support through testing, rollout, and team training, so a redesigned process survives contact with day-to-day operations.

F

Enterprise Reporting & Dashboards

Building a single source of truth for pipeline, ownership, and prioritization, so leadership and teams are finally looking at the same numbers.

A typical engagement

Documentation to results in about three months

This is the arc a full operational overhaul tends to follow. Engagement length isn’t fixed. It flexes with scope, access, and how deep the redesign needs to go. Shorter, narrower engagements (a single diagnostic, a vendor review) are also available, as are longer ones for larger-scale transformations.

MONTH 1

Discovery, documentation & diagnosis

Direct observation and stakeholder interviews to document exactly how work moves today, including informal workarounds that don’t show up in any process manual. Then identifying bottlenecks, redundant handoffs, and cost leaks against turn-time, quality, and spend data.

MONTH 2

Recommendations, design & build

A sequenced, prioritized plan covering process redesign, vendor changes, and technology enablement, then working with your team and vendors to build the redesigned workflows, dashboards, or automations.

MONTH 3

Test, implement & hand off

Piloting the new process, rolling out in stages to limit disruption, confirming results against baseline metrics, and training your team to own the new process going forward.

Every operation is different. Engagement timing is scoped to your team’s specific needs during our first conversation, and can run shorter or longer than this baseline depending on complexity.
