I’ve spent my career on the operations side of lending: the part of the business that has to turn policy, regulation, and product strategy into something a team can actually execute, day after day, at volume. That’s meant redesigning credit workflows, automating appraisal and underwriting processes, and building the reporting infrastructure that lets leadership see what’s really happening in the pipeline.

Most recently, I led a workflow and vendor overhaul projected to save $9M annually while cutting turn times within weeks of implementation. For a decade before that, I helped scale a national lender’s operations through explosive growth, launching products that generated $180M in monthly volume, cutting manual review by more than 60%, and building the enterprise reporting that four business units relied on daily.
